Every person deserves to feel his or her best in life. You deserve to be able to have energy to do the things that you enjoy and the mental stamina that it takes to enjoy them as well. Do not settle for something less but instead make yourself aware of the many things in life that are great about you.

Self esteem is very important to making sure that you feel your best. If you are not self confident then you will be more likely to have issues with staying healthy. You will not want to put for the effort that it requires to maintain great health in life.

Choosing to learn how to have great self esteem is important and something that many people are unable to do because one reason or another. Do not allow yourself to fall into a path of self negativity but instead focus on all of the things that will keep you feeling great about who you are. Also realize that it is important to have the knowledge of these things as well.


1. Eat Your Breakfast Every Day

Each and every day you should take special precautions to eat your breakfast. Even if you have something quick like a yogurt or protein bar make sure that you are eating something at breakfast time. Doing this will help you feel better overall and will keep your energy levels up. It will also keep you from feeling hungry later which can lead to you overeating and feeling bad later in the day.

2. Get Screened For Breast Cancer

Take the steps to have yourself screened for breast cancer. Many men do not realize that they too can suffer from this terrible disease. Ask for you doctor about your risks and have him go through the screening process with you.

3. Stop Drinking Alcohol

Do not drink alcohol. If you drink alcohol you are not going to feel your best. Choose to avoid drinking and to especially avoid binge drinking or getting drunk as these actions can make you feel very bad and not healthy at all.

4. Do Not Smoke

Do not smoke. Not only will smoking rob you of your beauty but it will make you feel dehydrated and sluggish. Plus when you smoke you are going to be less likely to be able to breath which can also make you feel tired all of the time.

5. Learn How To Do Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercises are something that every woman should know how to do. These exercises are done by contracting and releasing the pelvis wall. Learning how to do kegels will help improve urinary health and will help you to feel better when you are involved in sexual intercourse. You might even be able to contract your muscles in a way that is especially pleasing to your partner.

6. Always Wear Sunscreen

No matter where you are traveling it is important to wear sunscreen. Even if you are traveling to some place that is considered to be cold you will want sunscreen because the sun still produces harmful and damaging UV rays even in the snow. Knowing to wear sunscreen will protect you from fine lines and wrinkles as well as from additional trauma and stress to the skin like sunburns.

Personally I have always worn sunscreen when I was outside but I forgot one time when I went skiing to take sunscreen with me. I did not think that it was that big of a deal because I was going to be out in the snow all day and I did not think that I could possibly get a sunburn in those conditions. I was wrong and ended up with a very bad sunburn on my face.

7. Increase Your Omega 3 Intake

When you want to feel healthy one of the best things that you can do is increase the intake of Omega 3 fatty acids. These are found in a number of different foods and are something that will help you to feel better. You will instantly notice a difference in your energy level as these fats help you to have sustained energy.

8. Try To Avoid Hormone Therapy

Hormone therapy is something that can make you feel very bad. If you want to have optimal health than you must avoid all types of hormone therapy. Hormone therapy is often suggested to some people during certain times of their life but this therapy is not something that is recommended if you want to feel your best and have optimal health.

9. Get Away From Time To Time

You must make sure that you are able to get away from time to time. If you want to feel your best you need breaks of time where you can have fun and gain optimal health. Being able to take vacations or short trips to places and getting away from time to time is a great way to be able to make sure that you feel your best.

10. Go Pee After Sex

Another great health tip that will keep you feeling well is to be sure and go pee after each and every time that you have sex. There are many reasons for this but the main one is to push through bacteria that could have come in contact with your body during sex. Going pee forces the bacteria to get out of your body. It will help you to be able to relax and have a healthier body all along.
